When preparing to ship your books for upcoming events with Novel Authors Hub, please remember to send one copy of your title for each show you’ve registered for. For example, if you are participating in three shows, you will need to provide three copies of your book. This ensures your work is displayed at every fair you’ve selected.

All display copies should be shipped directly to our main address. If there are special instructions for a particular fair, they will be shared with you separately. Please do not mix shipping locations unless specifically instructed. This helps us check in each book smoothly and match it accurately with your registration.

We recommend using FedEx or UPS since they provide reliable tracking numbers, allowing you to confirm your books reach us safely. If you choose USPS or another carrier, we suggest priority shipping for faster and more secure delivery.

For authors and publishers located around the globe, shipping costs can vary. A practical option is to order your books directly through Amazon US and have them shipped to our address. This is often more cost-effective, and in many cases, shipping is free.
