Terms & Conditions

This Services Agreement sets out the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the services provided by Novel Authors Hub (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering for or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Amendments & Changes

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms, along with any service-specific guidelines, at any time. Updates will be effective once posted on our website, and in most cases, we will notify you via email. Continued use of our services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

Author & Publisher Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the author, publisher, reseller, or authorized representative registering books with Novel Authors Hub to:

• Provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
• Ensure titles, descriptions, pricing, ISBNs, and files (PDF/ePub) are correct and up to date.
• Supply required display copies by the stated deadlines for each event.

Failure to provide accurate information or meet deadlines may result in cancellation of registration or exclusion from book promotions without refund.

Author Attendance at Events

Not all book fairs or marketing events coordinated by Novel Authors Hub allow author attendance. Many are trade-only, restricted to publishers, distributors, and industry professionals. When attendance is permitted, it is the author’s sole responsibility to secure admission, pay any applicable fees, and comply with the event’s rules. Registration of a book with us does not include entry credentials or badges.

Order Accuracy & Registration

• Information submitted during registration will appear exactly as provided in our catalogs and online databases.
• Authors and representatives are responsible for keeping their information current.
• All registrations must be completed before books are shipped to our offices. Unregistered books cannot be guaranteed display.
• Display space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Display Copies & Materials

• Display copies become the property of Novel Authors Hub and may be donated at the end of an event unless other arrangements are made in writing.
• Shelf placement within displays is not guaranteed and may be adjusted by our team as needed.
• Only authorized Novel Authors Hub representatives may staff exhibit booths.
• Authors may not hand out promotional materials or hold meetings at our booths unless explicitly allowed.

Payments & Fees

• Full payment is required before services are provided.
• Registrations cannot be altered after the published deadline for each event.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to force majeure (e.g., event postponements, natural disasters).

File Submissions (Digital Content)

Authors or their representatives are responsible for uploading digital files (PDF/ePub) for “Look Inside” or ebook features. Novel Authors Hub will display only up to 25% of the uploaded file, starting from the beginning. By submitting files, you grant us the right to display this preview as part of your promotion.

Restrictions

Novel Authors Hub does not accept or display:

• Pornographic materials
• Books promoting hate speech or unlawful content

We reserve the right to deny registration or representation at our discretion.

No Guarantee of Sales

Novel Authors Hub provides book marketing and promotional opportunities only. While we aim to maximize your book’s visibility, we do not guarantee sales, orders, or publishing contracts as a result of participation.

Resellers & Third Parties

Authorized resellers of Novel Authors Hub services must ensure their clients agree to these Terms & Conditions. Resellers are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted on behalf of their clients.

Advertising Services

If an advertisement is booked for one of our catalogs and the ad file is not received by the stated deadline, we reserve the right to substitute the book’s cover image in its place.
